We provide technical assistance daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. We offer a warranty service for new machines up to 48h nationwide. We carry out technical inspections at the customer's request. If necessary, we provide post-warranty assistance. We maintain contact with our customers for many years.

We sell spare parts for machines.

All machines have an ETERNET WIFI connection so everything can be controlled remotely.

We also offer an online overseas service, via email or instant messaging such as WhatsApp, when necessary we travel to the client or use airlines.
