Hot perforators
Materials that can be used are OPP,BOPP,CAST,LD,LDPE films
Microperforated scrollers:
- steel construction,
- pulling roller assembly (rubberised roller),
- geared drive,
- control,
- perforation unit: fixed hot roller, segmented needle rings, cartridge heaters, temperature regulator, counter-shaft with punch depth control.
Speed dependent on material thickness and needle temperature.
Cold perforators
Cold perforators are compact structures for use in material movement as an attachment to sealing machines, rewinders, slitter machines, film extruders. Construction includes:
- steel construction,
- roller with needle rings (division according to customer requirements)
- a counter-shaft that prevents the material from being tugged,
- pneumatic or mechanical locking depending on version and customer needs
Materials: LD, LDPE, HD, HDPE films.
Macroperforation
The macroperforator is used to make holes in the film movement when rewinding or extruding the film to the desired distance in (mm). The diameter of the holes depends on the customer's wishes. Standard fi 6mm and fi 8mm. The construction of the macroperforator is as follows: steel construction, robust bosch system profiles, annealed aluminium tool body, hammers as well as dies made of high quality steel, hardened and ground, waste extraction, possibility of working with a photocell for printing (number of strokes in the desired location, OMRON control, electric coils. Working speed up to 30 strokes per second, max. scrolling speed 80m/min depending on material thickness and distance between holes, possibility to work in "CARO".
