Sealing machines for EVO type sleeve film are available in widths:
EVO800, EVO1100, EVO1300, EVO1500, EVO1700

The machines are built on a solid steel construction: servo drives from 3KW to 5.5KW, electronics from the renowned OMRON company, clear touch panels with the simplest and clearest graphic software specially designed for operators, the cutting system is a razor blade flying on a belt in a solid hardened steel frame, the kanthal strip welding system up and down independently controlled temperature values from the touch panel, a reliable electronic system dedicated to this machine which controls the temperature smoothly and stably. Robust sealing bars made of solid blocks of heat annealed aluminium, where this translates into stability and strength during sealing. The machines are CE-certified and have a full DTR documentation, they are WiFi-capable, powder-painted in specialised paint shops, the machines are equipped with the appropriate accessories, which can be individually configured by the customer, e.g. the machine can be equipped with a control unit for the welding machine:

unwinding film options:

1. classic two grips with conical clamps + belt brakes
2. slatted rollers + belt brakes or powder brakes
3. self-propelled unwinder for multi-track synchronised operation with machine

receipt of packaging options:

1. receiving conveyor table (length to be agreed)
2. an automatic unit with catchers that picks up and deposits the packages into 1,2,3 or 4 depending on the length of the packages

tools option:

1. punch unit for punching holes in the packaging (diameter of holes and number to be agreed)
2. cold-needle perforation in film movement (width of perforation to be agreed as well as number of perforation rings)
3. third seal during bundling (so-called calendar)
4. unit for sealing the corners of the tabs or flat in the bottom of the bag at an angle of 45 degrees
5. pneumatic sealing unit for making a second seal, e.g. under the handle
6. printing of characters with a thermal transfer printer in a start-stop system on each package, print size dependent on the printer, e.g. 50/70mm maximum, software for creating characters and loading into the printer from a memory stick included.
