Automatic sealing machines for cut film hoods of type TSK are available in widths TSK1700, TSK1800, TSK1900, TSK2000, TSK2100,
working widths :(1630mm) (1730mm) (1830mm) (1930mm) (2030mm).

The machines are built on a solid steel structure, all electronics from the renowned OMRON company, clear touch panels with the simplest graphic software designed for operators, the cutting system is a razor blade flying on a belt in a solid hardened steel frame. Up and down kanthal strip sealing system, independently controlled temperature values from the touch panel, reliable electronic system dedicated to these machines, with smooth and stable temperature control. Robust sealing bars made of solid blocks of thermally annealed aluminium, where this translates into stability and strength during sealing, pneumatic control of the sealing bars, which results in better control and regulation of sealing of thick films, ground rubbered feeding shafts, bearing elements of renowned companies FAG, JAPAN, INA, GATES drive belts. The machines are CE-certified and have full DTR documentation, they are WiFi-capable, powder-painted in specialised paint shops, the machines are equipped with appropriate extensions, which can be individually configured by the customer, e.g. for a single machine:
film unwinding options

1. slatted rollers + belt brakes or powder brakes
2. self-propelled unwinder for multi-track synchronised operation with machine

receipt of packaging options:

1. receiving conveyor table (length to be agreed)
2. an automatic unit with catchers that picks up and deposits the packages into 1,2,3 or 4 depending on the length of the packages

tools option:

1. punch unit for punching holes in the packaging (diameter of holes and number to be agreed)
2. cold needle perforation in film movement (width of perforation to be agreed as well as number of perforation rings)
